My nearly 4 month old and I really enjoyed our Baby Mindful session today. It was a lovely time to be with my baby and concentrate on just us. Amber provided a calm atmosphere whilst informing of us methods to help us relax and enjoy our little ones. I definitely recommend these sessions

An interactive class with lots of activities and plenty of time for calmness.
It was nice to have some quiet ,calm time focusing on my baby. We especially enjoyed sensory aspects of the class where Mel blew bubbles and the babies looked at tinsel. I like the idea of each week being set around a nursery rhyme. Thank you for a lovely hour.
