Shipping & Delivery: We aim to ship all orders the same day when placed before 2pm. Please call the office to confirm if this is an urgent delivery deadline.
Privacy & Security: We take your privacy very seriously, and as such do not hold any payment details on our site at all. At checkout we pass you to one of our secure payment gateway partners who will deal with the transaction as securely as possible.
Returns & Replacements: Please email the office in the first instance, on info@relaxkids.com to report a missing delivery.
