Just before Christmas, we bought the Silent Night CD. In the excitement of Christmas preparations and with emotions running high, both children loved it. It's magical stories transport children to a wonderful place where they can visualise beautiful thoughts and stories.
It is the perfect way to settle children to bed and creates a wonderful sleep association. My extremely active son(3) also enjoys the Relax Kids CDs and we lie together sharing several tracks after settling into bed.
It is a great opportunity to role model the importance of relaxation at the end of the day and works beautifully alongside massage.
